  3. 熟透的香蕉用叉子壓碎,如果手邊有材料,可加入優格/楓糖漿/燕麥片,可以讓蛋糕更有風味唷.
  4. 奶油打發後,先加入香蕉材料混合,再加乾性材料,用刮刀以切拌法拌勻。(拌到看不見乾粉就好,拌過頭會使麵粉產生筋性,口感會太過紮實).
  5. 如果麵糊太乾,可以加一些牛奶調整濕度。倒進模具內,先用200度C烤10-15分鐘,再調到170度烤約10分鐘。用牙籤插中央部分,沒有麵糊沾黏就可以出爐放涼囉~.
  6. 蛋糕滿滿的香蕉香味,表面微焦有點酥脆感,味道也不會過甜,口感紮實中又帶點溼潤,非常好吃唷!.
