- 細砂糖 100 g
- 牛油或者無鹽牛油 200 g
- 即食燕麥片 100 g
- 低筋麵粉 280 g
- 喜歡可以落+泡打粉5g 同埋蘇打粉5g

- 材料vs份量.
- 將牛油同白糖同黃糖打至鬆發。.
- 逐少分次加入雞蛋同楓樹糖漿繼續打發。.
- 將所有粉類過篩,之後加入(步驟2)攪拌均勻,再放入即食燕麥片攪拌成糰狀態。.
- 放入雪櫃雪至少30分鐘。拎出嚟,分割成約15大小,再用手輕輕壓平(厚度約0.5cm到),或可用用具定形 。或好似我用壽司竹簾定型都可)。.
- 放入以預熱嘅焗爐裡面,用上下火170度烤約15分鐘左右。熄爐,由得佢係爐裡面燴多3-5分鐘就可以拎出嚟,放喺涼架,抖至溫度轉涼。咁就搞掂啦。.
