  4. 肉絲
  5. 海鮮（蝦/魷魚/蛤仔）

製作蛋包飯的步驟

  1. 海鮮/肉絲，川燙待用.
  2. 下油➡️飯➡️番茄醬（炒勻）+少許水.
  3. 2好後下1，拉拉ㄟ，裝碗（入盤）.
  4. 蛋攪勻下鍋熟後撲飯➡️完成.
